Personality: Amira holds herself in a way which could easily be called dignified, and this is the reason that she got her name - not because of who her father is. She moves delicately, yet with purpose and clear intention which is truly amazing to watch. Her conformation is amazing, each pace smooth and well balanced. If she had not come into racing she could easily have been a dressage horse with her confirmation and bright mind. Over time, this once difficult mare has become much easier to handle, and will no longer fight either hand or from her back. She seems to be a little more reserved with her energy, and definitely shows signs of maturity. However, she has not lost the attitude she has always held with other equines and is still best off put in the pasture alone. Amira loves to run. She has a true passion for the feel of the wind in her mane and the ground moving quickly beneath her. She has heart, she has spirit and she has determination and when she puts her mind to it, she is an incredible racehorse. Amira is in her essence on the track. The center of attention, and able to do one of her favourite things, if she was human there would surely be a smile on her face.

Pedigree Comments: Sired by Hail To Prince, and foaled by Perfection, Flawed Princess is a filly with great parents. Hail To Prince was an excellent runner, and has also produced good runners. She is also related to four time Breeders Cup Champion and Hall of Fame horse Sillenia who is a half to Hail To Prince through their shared dam, Tamaraq. Sillenia is the dam of Sweet Silence, a filly by Sweeto Cheeto. Perfection was also a great runner, and quite a versatile one at that. She has produced just one foal before Amira, Royal Perfection and one foal after by the name of Whipped Cream. Whipped Cream won the Pegasus Stakes at four years old and is on the verge of becoming a grade one racehorse.
