Personality: This colt is what we affectionately like to call mad. He's got a bad temperament and a BAD attitude. Not half as bad though as his sire, Augusto, we have become able to handle (somewhat) and contain this massive burly colt. He has a mind of his own and the one thing he hates is to be told what to do. Soft hands and a lot of patience is the key to training this colt. Better watch out though because once he makes his mind up about something that's it - he doesn't stop until he gets it. He is loaded with potential and has yet to thoroughly prove himself on the track.
Pedigree: Augusto x Sweet Catomine
Bloodlines: Augusto is a Legendary stallion. He raced on Fathom and Major Horse Shows and won many prestigious awards. He was a violent and talented grade one racehorse. His offspring include: grade one Augusta, Bucephalus, Requiem, and Anodyne. Sweet Catomine was a unraced broodmare owned by IGS. This is her first foal.

Racing Style: Rillo is a stubborn colt and does not like to be stuck in a crowd. He prefers to break fast from the gate and head straight into the lead - and stay there. He is well suited for the longer distance races and knows how to pace himself. He can be easily pushed by his competitors so his jockey is constantly trying to slow down him down. He has great stamina and a great will to win, whether it be on the dirt or the turf - it doesn't matter. He is like a freight train, he stops for nobody.
